We will make every attempt to work with you when it comes to pricing and pickup/delivery of your computer. We will try to get your computer working again within 24 hours and no more than 48 hours.

We provide estimates for the cost of each service that is needed before any service is performed. We can also provide you a FREE quote when you contact us with your problem(s).

We do NOT charge for any requested services that were not completed.
